My name is Jill, I'm Phil's wife. I know it's slightly unethical of me to give a testimonial for one of my husbands products, but if I hadn't been a sufferer for several months, this DVD probably wouldn't have happened at all.
I had Plantar Fasciitis for weeks before I even realized it was going to be a problem, and probably for months thereafter. You know, it just crept up on me without me realizing how serious it was.
Eventually, I was in agony, from the moment I got out of bed, to the time I went back to bed at night. I could feel my plantar fascia was in BIG trouble, and I didn't know what to do.Phil worked out a treatment plan for me, which ultimately was all of the exercises and treatments you see on the DVD. At the end of a month I had hardly any symptoms to speak of and by the next month, I'd forgotten I ever had plantar fasciitis. Even though I felt I had seen remarkable results, it wasn't until my doctor told me that without treatment I would still be suffering up to 18 months later, under normal circumstances. I soon realized what a lucky break it had been to have a husband who would devote so much time and effort into finding a cure for me that didn't involve tablets, injections or surgery.

Hello Mr Chave, the doctor just gave me painkillers and physio. The painkillers worked but I felt they were masking the issue. Physio was a waste of time.
